AI Tech Lead (Java & Angular)

We are seeking a highly qualified Tech Lead to join our team for a project at a Bank in LATAM. This position is crucial for leading our technology projects and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative and efficient solutions.

Required Knowledge:

• Experience with Copilot.
• Experience in AI projects.
• Team development management.
• Handling of architectures and Cloud at all levels.
• Deployment and management of projects on Azure and AWS, with a specific focus on AI implementation on Azure.
• Proficiency in main technologies: Java and Angular.

Desirable Knowledge (Plus):

• Experience in Gen AI.
• Relevant certifications in technology and Cloud.

Job Objectives:

• Improve development process efficiency by 25%.
• Reduce the number of errors in development across all environments (Development, Certification, and Production).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Design and oversee technology solution architectures.
• Implement and manage AI projects on Azure.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous integration and deployment on Azure and AWS.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Proven experience in Software Development with Java and Angular.
• Proven experience working with AI Projects, Copilot, Gen AI.
• Extensive knowledge in Cloud, especially Azure and AWS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
• Languages: Spanish (Must), English (Intermediate Advanced).
