Responsibilities: 

• You will train AI models in your domain of expertise by crafting and answering questions related to your field.
• You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems.
• You will assess the factual accuracy and relevance of text produced by AI models in the context of your field.
• This remote, project-based position offers total flexibility, allowing you to determine the extent of your involvement based on your personal availability and desired workload.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, cognitive science, or a related field.  Master's degree or higher is a plus.
• Proven experience in self-help coaching, educational or guidance counseling, career counseling or advising, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of self-help techniques, personal development, and mental wellness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.  Proficient in the English language.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for self-help, personal growth, and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

Nice to have:

• Professional writing experience as a copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles. 
• Knowledge in Health and Wellness subfields.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.

Earnings:

• Hourly rate: Up to USD $32.00, depending on your level of expertise
