AI/Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring an AI/Machine Learning Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer you will lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products.

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering.

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams.

• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers.

• Expertise in the end-to-end ML pipeline including data processing model training serving and monitoring.

• Experience in building scalable cloud-based AI/ML solutions (AWS GCP or Azure).

• Understanding of ethics in AI including bias mitigation fairness PII/PHI data and privacy concerns.

• Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific business use cases.

• Familiarity with MLOps best practices including IaC CI/CD for ML models version control for data and models and performance monitoring.

• Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically

• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science Data Science Machine Learning or a related field.

Compensation:

At Oddball it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised actual offer details are determined by job category job location and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $130000 – $165000
