Looking for an experienced Java Developer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. 

Responsibilities:
1.Design, implement, and maintain Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency.
2.Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
3.Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
4.Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
5.Manage Java and Java EE application development.
6.Ensure designs comply with specifications.
7.Prepare and produce releases of software components.
8.Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Qualifications:
1.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
2.Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
3.Proven working experience in Java development.
4.Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
5.Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
6.Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.).
7.Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
8.Experience in the Spring Framework.
9.Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer is a plus.
10.Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
11.Experience with test-driven development
