This role is focused on building and evolving cutting-edge AI-driven solutions within a highly innovative, cloud-native environment. You will contribute directly to the development of intelligent agents and AI systems powered by modern LLMs and machine learning technologies. Working in a collaborative and agile setup, you will help translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. The position involves hands-on coding in Node.js, integration with cloud services, and continuous experimentation with AI models and prompt engineering techniques. You will also play a key role in ensuring data quality, system reliability, and solution performance. Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of artificial intelligence solutions, implementing core business logic in Node.js and ensuring scalable, high-performance architectures.
- Develop and maintain AI agents, applying prompt engineering techniques when needed to optimize model behavior and outputs.
- Evaluate and ensure the quality, consistency, and usability of annotated datasets used in AI/ML workflows.
- Configure and manage cloud-based services (including GCP environments) to support deployment, execution, and scalability of AI systems.
- Perform unit testing and contribute to software quality assurance practices across AI components and backend services.
- Suggest improvements to models, datasets, and system design based on user needs and product requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, NLP, and related technologies to continuously improve solutions.
- Strong experience in AI/ML solutions and applied artificial intelligence development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Node.js in production environments.
- Deep knowledge of NLP, NLU, LLMs, and foundation models (FMs).
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern version control practices.
- Knowledge of SDD (Specification-Driven Development) and structured software design approaches.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data quality, model evaluation, and iterative improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-evolving AI contexts.
