Description

Builds AI/ML tools that lay a foundation for the future of printing. Our roadmap includes a suite of AI/ML tools that are uniquely useful for printing customers. You'll help us execute it quickly and to the highest of technical standards.

Work performed:

1. Builds and manages the AI team to execute the roadmap as quickly as possible.

2. Determines the technical approach used to execute AI projects.

3. Recommends beneficial AI/ML projects and enhancements.

4. Maintains awareness of business needs to guide project selection.

5. Collaborates with hiring teams to recruit outstanding AI/ML engineers.

6. Assists with writing code and performing code reviews.

7. Helps develop the skills and abilities of AI/ML engineers.

8. Works with management to grow the AI department.

9. Performs other duties as requested by management.

Compensation:

1. $200,000+ based on experience

2. $20,000 signing bonus

3. Four weeks paid vacation
