AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about technology and have a proven track record in both building complex systems and supporting digital solutions. Candidates should have strong experience in end-to-end machine learning lifecycles and deploying NLP solutions in various industries. 

What you will do: 

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML solutions across a range of Intapp’s products. 

• Apply knowledge in data processing, refinement, and advanced NLP techniques. 

• Build scalable machine learning models and own the machine learning lifecycle end-to-end from data exploration to model deployment and monitoring. 

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy domain-specific machine learning services and applications in production environments. 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of domain-specific knowledge resources whilst promoting a culture of self-serve data-aware resources. 

• Stay current with the latest research and technology, while sharing and communicating relevant knowledge with the rest of the organization 

What you will need: 

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in building end-to-end systems that leverage machine learning and natural language processing technologies. 

• Strong technical skills with cloud-based AI & big data solutions, as well as familiarity with ML frameworks and tools. 

• Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL, and other relevant technologies. 

• Large scale and low latency solution design, modern methodologies and operating models, and familiarity with current MLOps and DevOps best practices 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Nice to have: 

• Familiarity with NLP problems (classification, clustering, named entity recognition and linking, coreference resolution, etc). 

• Exposure to information retrieval problems (similarity estimation, relevance ranking, query expansion, etc). 

• Experience working with knowledge graphs (RDF or property graphs) including Protégé, SparQL. 

• Hands-on experience working with vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Milvus, etc). 

• Familiarity with deep-learning and large language model architectures, training, fine-tuning and evaluation. 

• Familiarity with conversational agent technologies and frameworks, reinforcement learning, etc.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
