Overview of Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Team Lead with a strong technical architecture background to spearhead our India AI/ML practice. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving AI/ML adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting and implementing AI/ML solutions, particularly in Gen AI, MLOps, and Conversational AI. Experience as a Senior Architect or Team Lead is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and explore their potential applications.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and frameworks. Proficiency in at least 1-2 of the following areas: Gen AI, MLOps, Conversational AI, Data Science.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex AI/ML architectures.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architecture role.
• Experience as a Senior Architect or Team Lead. (Nice to Have)
• Experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. (Nice to Have)
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. (Nice to Have)
• Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals. (Nice to Have)
