Job Description
The successful candidate will have 25+ years of HAWK Missile System engineering, operations, maintenance, and training experience.
The Air Defense Program Integrator is responsible for all technical aspects of the FMS Air Defense program for the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), will serve as the subject matter expert for all FMS Air Defense efforts, and advise the Air Defense PM on all technical, schedule, logistics, and system performance considerations. He or she will have an extensive and comprehensive engineering background in Non-Standard Air Defense Systems operations, maintenance, and training. He or she must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Job Requirements
Duties and responsibilities of the Air Defense Program Integrator include:
Provide programmatic support services for program and project management, integrated product support, material management, financial management, and configuration management for Non-Standard Air Defense Systems.
Provide technical & programmatic support at Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), and Weapon System Conferences.
Develop and manage system related requirements and capabilities with representatives of foreign governments, other US Government agencies, and industry support contractors.
Prepare, coordinate, manage, and analyze plans for the release of weapon system hardware, software, and data.
Review training material, training plans, schedules, and training support packages.
Coordinate and provide logistics and technical support during all phases of the system's lifecycle from development through initial fielding and Live Fire Exercises (LFX) to end of life demilitarization.
Analyze test plans for requirements compliance, witness system and secondary item Government Verification Tests (GVT) and prepare test reports.
Develop or contribute to the development of Performance Work Statements (PWS) for new production Air Defense equipment, equipment overhaul and upgrade, and hardware & software procurement.
Plan, document, and monitor configuration management (CM) processes and procedures. Review Class I/II Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Variance (RFV), Engineering Release Records (ERR), and review MWOs and Technical Manual (TM) changes.
Participate in cross-functional teams and as a member of the Air Defense Integrated Product Team (IPT).
