As part of our ongoing support to the U.S. Air Force, we are seeking an experienced E-Recruiter to fill Air Force manpower requirements by selling, interviewing, screening, testing, and evaluating applicants. This includes validating vital documents, generating enlistment forms, and conducting OPM security background checks.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
The Air Force E-Recruiter maintains proficient knowledge of all recruiting qualification criteria, benefits, and MEPS processing procedures IAW current Regular Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserves regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional and unbiased relationship with all leads and uphold the responsibilities of an AFRS E-Recruiter.
Essential Duties
- Conducting personal initial interviews and validating CCMAPPEDDS
- Updating AFRISS with initial appointment word picture, applicant information and accurately providing guidance and information to applicants.
- Scheduling applicants for PICAT online ASVAB
- Issuing online applications via AFRISS
- Verifying completed online applications with applicant and source documents
- Preparing and reviewing all MEPS paperwork for processing.
- Effectively communicating with AFRS Recruiters for warm handoffs.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Minimum of three years active duty, Air National Guard or Air Force Reserves service with at least three years of recruiter experience within the last seven years.
- Must be honorably discharged.
- Knowledge of all AF Programs to include AIRMAN Education Commission Program (AECP), Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), Technical Training, Enlisted College Loan Repayment Program (ECLRP), Tuition Assistance (TA), CCMAPPEDDS, and MATTERSS.
Preferred
- Military Entrance Processing (MEPS) liaison
- Operations Non-Commission Officer (NCO)
- Flight Chief experience
Specific Skillsets
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of internet protocols, and online communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Effectively qualify applicants based on current AFRS guidelines.

E-Recruiters are expected to uphold the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. This includes ensuring the secure handling and storage of sensitive information, both physical and digital. All personnel are required to follow the guidelines of the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-332, Air Force Privacy and Civil Liberties Program.
