Air Solutions Support Engineer
Summary
This position supports various engineering activities and functions to expand the service and maintenance business of CAC products. Will support the expansion of business areas through communications, process improvement, and new business launch collaborating with the service organization and HQ.
You will collect and analyze the customer feedback and product performance issues. Based on your findings you will collaborate with HQ and the R&D teams to recommend process improvement. The recommendation will encompass best practice surrounding installation commissioning and maintenance. Additionally you will influence content delivered at the LG Training Academy, new system development, and partner support programs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze market data for service improvement and maintenance business launch
- Establishment of cooperation and communication with related organizations of HQs for new business launch
- Data analysis for field requirements and engineering activities for service improvement and request for HQ's support
- Support for improvement points and engineering data propagation activities
- Support system improvement, new system development and partner support program development for service and maintenance business (HQ Communication and Support Request)
- Cooperate and support relevant departments to improve partner service capabilities
- Supports process development for maintenance business launch, cooperation with LGEAI and HQ, and organization setup
Required Skills
- Bachelor of Science in ME, EE or equivalent
- 5 or more years of professional experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering industry
- 5 years of experience in US applied commercial air conditioning industry
