Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to ensure a clean and safe environment. • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. • Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by performing cooking duties as required and ensuring all kitchen appliances are sanitized. • Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain the quality of carpets in residential or commercial settings. • Assist with janitorial tasks in various facilities while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards. • Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently. Qualifications • Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial roles is preferred. • Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques is essential. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is a plus. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and supplies is beneficial. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
