Algorithms Team:

Our Algorithms team is a technically versatile Software Engineering team that thrives at solving complex and ambiguous problems, implementing real-time algorithms that process different types of data - they are the team that builds the engine of our Digital Therapist, the ones behind our motion tracking, either with motion sensors or computer vision.

To do what:

• Integrate Computer Vision models in our product, ensuring real-time performance in mobile applications;
• Optimize Human Motion Tracking accuracy in various scenarios through fine-tuning or post-processing;
• Design and implement image processing pipelines for accurate real-time inference optimized to the hardware they run on;
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain code and documentation, and create tests and validation procedures to ensure quality;
• Iteratively improve the product with data-driven analysis.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in solving complex problems with Computer Vision;
• Strong Software Engineering foundation;
• End-to-end experience training Deep Learning models;
• Experience working on projects from ideation to completion and maintenance (including releasing and iterating);
• Critical thinking & self-direction;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively as a team to reach common goals.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and wearing different hats;
• Experience with transfer learning or fine-tuning Computer Vision models;
• Experience optimizing model inference time to the hardware they are running in.
