All-Source Analyst
Job Description
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Nuclear Enterprise Support Directorate (NE) performs multidisciplinary assessments to identify vulnerabilities in critical systems, networks, and architecture that could be exploited well below the level of armed conflict by state or non-state threat networks or could be significantly impacted by natural or accidental hazardous events.
All-Source Analysts will identify a broad range of threats to DoD installations, sites, critical infrastructure, and assets. They will identify and evaluate potential threat actors, capabilities, and tactics and prioritize the data based on impact to military operations by assisting installation in the development of all hazard and threat assessments. Analysts will also be responsible for the identification and assessment of assets and threat abilities outside of the installation and integrate this information into a finished assessment product.
Required Qualifications:
- Analytical capability
- Have a current or recent DoD Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access
- Be able to adhere to CDC recommended immunizations for worldwide deployment, be able to travel on short notice, work non-standard hours and take on-call duty
- Accept worldwide deployments, including to high threat permissive areas presenting some risks to personal safety
- Obtain and maintain a valid passport
- Be capable of operating in all operational and physical environments and work collaboratively with USG military and/or civilian personnel
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience conducting DOD mission assurance focused threat assessments or vulnerability assessments
- Knowledge of DOD Risk Analysis Methodology
- Experience in intelligence analysis and the integration of data from intelligence collection disciplines (SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT)
