CrossCountry is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our expanding team and lead the design and execution of multi-channel marketing programs that increase brand awareness and drive growth through our strategic alliance partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external alliance partner leads and teams, partner marketing, sales, and other members of the CrossCountry marketing and communications team to build and implement robust marketing plans, compelling content, and results-oriented campaigns for our technology partnerships.ย 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for our priority technology alliances in alignment with the firmโ€™s growth strategy and business priorities as well as the overarching marketing and communications strategy
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market plans that are mutually beneficial and with the internal marketing team to identify synergies and integration points with our broader marketing plans
  • Work with practice leads and other stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns as well as the supporting messaging and content, such as collateral, case studies, programs at partner conferences, thought leadership, videos, etc.
  • Create messaging and content tailored for distribution across marketing channels, including the website, social media, customer and internal communications, and events, and partner with the appropriate marketing channel owners to execute
  • Ensure deliverables and other outputs meet our quality and branding standards
  • Report and analyze performance to make adjustments as needed and measure ROI for marketing investments and activities
  • Build strong relationships with the internal and external teams and serve as a collaborative partner who understands the business and proactively contributes marketing best practices and expertise
  • Work with internal and partner stakeholders to develop and implement an effective communications framework that informs partners of our relevant solutions, events, recent wins, etc.
  • Provide strategic guidance and execution support as needed for other technology partner conferences and ad-hoc requests

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing (or related degree) from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel B2B marketing strategy and planning, content development, and campaign execution, preferably in the professional services industry
  • Prior experience in alliance/partner marketing with technology service providers
  • In-depth understanding of marketing channels and how to effectively leverage them, including partner-owned channels
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple campaigns and content development efforts concurrently across partners through effective project management and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the finance and accounting industry or with Hubspot a plus
