Allied Service Coordinator

Job Description

The Millwright Services Colorado Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and processing customer Service Work Orders Internal Work Orders for the Millwright Services Dock Shop and Installation departments in the Colorado branch. In addition, this position would be responsible for the Timekeeping function for the hourly personnel in both departments.

GENERAL DUTIES• Convert all incoming Service and Fabrication requests to Work Orders.• Schedule jobs on the Fabrication and Installation calendar. Update as information is received.• Track and enter technicians time to proper Work Order.• Reconcile all costs for Work Orders in enterprise system• Issue and complete any Purchase Orders to outside vendors.• Create customer invoicing and any internal invoicing to other departments.• Manage internal expenses, both Credit Card issues and Petty Cash issues.• Receive vendor invoices to be paid and forward to Accounts Payable.

Work Schedule:

This position is a full-time position. Work Hours are typically Monday-Friday, flexible start, and end times.

Department:

The Millwright Services Colorado Service Coordinator will work in the Millwright Services Department in the Welch Equipment Company office in Commerce City, Colorado. This position reports to the Allied/Systems Millwright Services Coordination Manager.
