As an Alteryx Developer, you will design, develop ETL, extracting and deliver datasets in Alteryx to let BI reporting make use of it. The candidate needs to collaborate with business and IT to identify key business requirements. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in ETL specific to create datasets and write complex SQL queries to join tables from various data sources.

As a Alteryx Developer you will:

• To understand business and reporting needs, including critical metrics and KPIs
• Need to collaboratively work in a team based environment
• Transform business requirements into a guided analytics prototype to provide business and data insights
• Work closely with BI reporting team to provide input on appropriate solutions to meet business requirements and are consistent with current reporting standards and processes
• Make use of Alteryx server to schedule, monitor, and enhance workflow performance.
• Write complex SQL queries with the help of complex joins on various tables.
• Do end-to-end validation of data.
• Troubleshoot and offer effective solutions.

• 2 to 4 years of IT development experience in Alteryx.
• Sound knowledge of Alteryx designing, server level activities of deploying/scheduling.
• Good foundation in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS.
• Basic knowledge of ETL concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems.
• Good understanding of software change and release management.
• Experience in writing and debugging SQL queries
• Experience in data modeling, data cleansing and data transformation activities using various techniques including SQL, etc.
• Strong work ethic coupled with high motivation and a go-getter attitude
• High attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
• Prior experience or knowledge of the finance industry is an added advantage
• Tableau knowledge is a nice to have
