The ideal candidate will have experience welding aluminum components with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality standards. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and steady hours. Key Responsibilities: • Perform aluminum welding tasks according to engineering specifications and safety standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. • Prepare materials and equipment for welding operations. • Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Qualifications: • Proven experience welding aluminum in a manufacturing or industrial setting. • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or other aluminum welding techniques. • Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
