We are looking for an Amazon Ecommerce Manager to accelerate digital sales growth through product placement and the optimization of True Brands’ online presence. 

 

About the Role

  • Identify business opportunities for program expansion in stores and online; use sales data to garner key insights that can help drive assortment/businesses decisions and ensure growth plans remain consistent with annual goals
  • Conduct and oversee promotions, deals, and coupons, and optimize everyday and promotional pricing
  • In collaboration with the Director of Media and the ad agency, build the digital media plan for your brand, set the forecast, and manage the ongoing business end-to-end to drive topline sales and profit growth 
  • Work closely with Product R&D Team to launch new products to drive trial, household penetration, and build basket size
  • Play a key role in the short and near term business planning to create substantive account plans inclusive of business and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth 
  • Continuously review sales data and profitability and ensure achievement of performance objectives and KPI's
  • Stay up to date on the latest ecommerce trends to help drive awareness and attract new customers, build loyalty with existing customers, and grow overall business on Amazon

About You

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Marketplace experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc.)
  • Experience with Amazon merchandising: content, brand store, A+, price promotions, retail activations
  • Knowledge of Amazon advertising products such as Sponsored Ads, Demand Side Platform (DSP), Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and Sponsored TV a bonus
  • Detailed experience of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
  • Fluent in Amazon operations processes, Amazon marketing metrics, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills
  • Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.). Intermediate or advanced excel skills or experience with Domo an advantage
  • Experience working with eCommerce SaaS platforms such as Stackline a bonus
  • Strategic thinker with tactical experience
  • Financial acumen: able to understand profitability, forecasting, KPIs, etc
  • Local to the Seattle area and comfortable going into the office 2-3 days per week
