Ambassador Program Specialist

As an Ambassador Program Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in planning, developing, and expanding our auto-enthusiast ambassador program. This individual will partner with passionate ambassadors who enjoy tearing up direct, asphalt, snow, or sand. If you’re a detail-oriented, creative thinker who is equal parts social and analytical, we want to hear from you! 

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support ambassador campaigns from idea to execution, including annual activity calendars, strategic paid initiatives, and event integrations 
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ambassador involvement for marketing content and events
• Analyze the performance of social ambassador and marketing campaigns
• Build strong relationships with ambassadors to pitch new ideas and ensure compelling content that aligns with overall business objectives 
• Develop new ways of partnering with ambassadors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Stay on top of the latest social trends and create content opportunities 
• Provide strategic guidance and support to ambassadors in developing and executing social media campaigns to grow their following, including insights into best practices and trends 

 What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in partner marketing
• Expert knowledge of social media best practices - design, functionality, and users
• Passion for all things off-roading 
• Business acumen and ability to present yourself in business situations to forge positive relationships
• Creative problem solver with a knack for executing content strategies by identifying the latest social trends
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, effective multi-tasker while meeting multiple deadlines
