Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Human Resources, Business Administration). Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a Works Council, employee representation, or labor relations context. Sound knowledge of labor law, collective labor agreements, and Works Council regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information confidentially, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant software tools.
