Job Description

As the Americas Biopsy Product Manager, you are the expert on your portfolio to develop and execute marketing activities for maximizing the sales and profitability of these products. This position works closely with Mammotome's Americas commercial team (other Product Managers, Sales Leaders, Sales Ops leaders, etc.), global product management, professional education, and marketing communications to develop and execute product line initiatives, launch new products, develop new marketing collateral, and lead special projects in cooperation with cross functional partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Works closely with cross functional key partners in Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, Marketing Communications, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, etc. to develop and implement marketing plans to achieve forecast, maximize revenue, profitability, and procedure adoption.
  • Provides Americas marketing plans and product line recommendations to Mammotome's Marketing and Sales Leadership teams.
  • Collaborates on development and implementation of long-term marketing strategy (positioning, place, price, and promotion) intensively with Regional and Global PM's
  • Supports Global Marketing Organization through sharing key strategies and marketing materials.
  • Leads activities across Marketing Team to develop functional competencies (marketing competencies and GLP growth).
  • Actively shares and collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure best practice sharing, efficiency, and effectiveness of marketing resources.
  • Actively spends time with customers, internal and field visits, to ensure alignment of marketing plans to fulfill customer and market needs and to ensure strong customer insights.
  • Participates in major marketing initiatives as assigned to enhance overall function of US Marketing organization (i.e., cost and efficiency, convention strategy, ROI improvements, etc.).
  • Supports Field Sales Organization on highly technical product inquiries.
  • Provides Field Sales Organization with tools to execute business plans.
  • Collaborates with internal and external business partners to develop marketing plans to deliver on future pipeline growth.
  • Represents Americas region in providing inputs to New Product Development and forecasts.
  • Identifies and provides key needs for new products/solutions to partner from VOC, evidence generation, etc.
  • Ensures effective launch of new products within assigned brands.
  • Accountable for personal developmental plan and review with supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field equivalent required.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years' B2B experience within a medical Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Clinical role.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals is preferred but not required.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH
  • 25% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations.
  • Typical work-related travel assignments range 3-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
