Department Overview
Americas Distribution organization is part of Business Operations within Supply Chain. The function leads the coordination of the Distribution Operations in North America and Latin America and includes both internal and outsourced operations.Job Description
This is predominantly an on site position with the option to work from home from time to time
The Americas Distribution Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing
Quality/Cost/Delivery performance for all North America and Latin America
Distribution Operations.
In this role you will:
Create Work Orders and schedule Kitting operations to support Sales Forecast and ensure timely completion to maximize On Time Delivery.
Support international trade compliance. Resolve commercial invoices and country of origin issues. Audit 3PL to insure compliance is maintained.
Coordinate and manage Oracle EBS Accounts for 3PL associates
Project manage any special projects as required (eg: Customer specific labeling/packaging, reworks, etc..)
Run Oracle Cycle Count reports and monitor/coordinate with 3PL to resolve Cycle Count issues.
Create reports by using SQL to access EDH (Enterprise Data Hub).
Monitor Scrap and liaise with 3PL and Finance as needed to resolve material disposition.
Coordinate SOX audits as required by finance
Interface with IT to resolve transactional issues in Oracle EBS
Investigate receiving issues with purchasing to ensure inventory is correct and Purchase Orders are closed
Provide specification and blueprints as necessary to insure support of new part setup process
Support Capacity Planning process by analyzing Sales Forecast, Order Booking and delinquency data.
Skills/Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Oracle R12
Strong team worker and ability to collaborate and influence people from many organizations
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
Project Management experience
Proficient in use of SQL to generate ad hoc reports
Capable of developing detailed project plans, status reports and manage escalations.
Ability to manage multiple projects within a matrix organization, in a fast paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
Expected to work with Supply Chain teams in different time zone

Basic Requirements
Oracle R12 experience
3 or more years work experience related to Distribution, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation or similar
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
