Position Summary:
This position will act as a liaison and point of contact between Amex and internal teams and clients. The position will be responsible to provide support to internal teams and clients in all Amex operational processes, follow up with any inquires/requests from end-to-end, facilitate the application process for new American Express cards and promote the use of Amex tools and resources available. The Analyst will also be responsible for completing the demographics project.
Customer service attitude, organizational skills and strong attention to detail are necessary for this position.
The position requires for the individual to respond to the most complex requests, demonstrate initiative researching, analyzing and problem solving, exercising judgment regarding proper handling of internal/external inquires.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Help clients complete the application process for new American Express cards
• Respond to inquiries/requests related to American Express cards and any American Express matter
• Answer/resolve internal and clients inquiries and complaints
Demographics Project
• Receive metric reports and provide updates to regions within the Commercial Area
• Follow up on clients pending to be updated
Administrative
• Read and answer emails on a daily basis
• Keep a log with all the internal/external inquiries
Operations
Keep 360 updated
• Review Amex materials and resources and upload into BSI Amex page
Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor
Specialized Knowledge
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, with an ability to suggest improvements
Education : Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Business Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

• Technical: Microsoft Office, T-24, 360, DocuSign, Appian
• Organizational skills and time-management skills

Languages: Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
