AML Program Oversight Analyst

Your role

We're looking for a Program Oversight Analyst to:

• lead and support the implementation of a variety of projects across the Business AML Office and participate in project work related to ongoing regulatory/exam issue management.• support the WMUS AML Program's short and long-term strategy by driving adherence to program processes, procedures, and standards • design and execute controls to manage identified or emerging risks • work with first line and second line teams to coordinate needed process changes driven by regulatory or policy updates• conduct analysis on client and product data to identify opportunities to improve our processes and enhance oversight• leverage data-based insights to produce accurate, impactful meeting materials and stakeholder updates for presentation to a variety of audiences• participate in the design, implementation and enhancement of technology and tools. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications

Your team

You'll be joining our Business AML Organization (BAMLO) team, which focuses on driving strategy, implementation, and oversight for the AML program within the US Wealth Management line of business. This role is based out of Weehawken or Nashville. We work collaboratively with our business partners, WM field leadership, and Second Line Compliance partners to ensure that our Financial Advisors serve their clients in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

• 5+ years' experience in wealth management and KYC/AML and/or a good understanding of operational processes in financial services • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred• self-starter able to work in a small team environment and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders.• experience with digesting large data and analysis to identify and interpret key conclusions• effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor style to intended audience• excellent attention to detail• strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio or Tableau a plus• highly organized with ability to track and complete deliverables on time across multiple, evolving business priorities
