AML Software Engineering Manager

NICE Actimize is currently seeking a Manager of AML Software Engineering team.  Position is open to anyone working out of the United States (Hoboken/Atlanta).

AML SE manager will be primarily responsible for the following:

·         Lead a team of SEs in delivering SAM, CDD, WLF, CTR and STAR solutions and customizations

• Grow and mentor the team
• Support collaboration between on and off-shore teams
• Manage resource assignments and team utilization

·         Be the voice of PS for all AML Solutions

·         Engage with Product to help prioritize features on the roadmap (from PS perspective)

·         Increase Delivery Team knowledge and readiness for incoming features on the roadmap

·         Push for Product Enhancements that will help Delivery Team provide more value to our clients

·         Act as the subject matter expert in AML team:

• lead complex AML projects
• provide ad-hoc supporting and advice for urgent issues across AML implementations
• Determine technical feasibility of solutions
• Perform technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems

·         Support review of sales estimates and support pre-sales activities

·         Help identify and implement processes that will help improve efficiency of AML Implementations

Qualifications

·         In depth knowledge of Actimize: AIS, ActOne and at least 2 of Actimize AML solutions (SAM/CDD/WLF/CTR/STAR).

·         Databases: MSQL and Oracle.  Cassandra is a plus

·         Operating systems: Windows and Linux

·         Programming language: Java is a plus

·         Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL, Javascript

·         AWS and Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus

·         Excellent communication and problem solving skills

·         Excellent written and spoken English

·         Pro-active and Team Oriented approach

·         BS degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

5+ years of experience with a Software Company or in a consulting role
