This role is focused on leveraging advanced data engineering and analytics capabilities to support global projects, driving data-driven decision-making at scale. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring efficient ingestion, transformation, and high-quality data flows across complex environments. The position also involves working with cloud-based architectures, particularly in GCP, supporting the migration of legacy systems to modern data platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, dashboards, and automation processes that generate actionable business insights. Operating in a highly dynamic and innovative environment, this role requires strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Design reusable data workflows for ingestion, transformation, and data quality assurance.
  • Support migration of legacy data systems to modern cloud-based architectures using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Build and maintain data models and structured datasets to enable efficient reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure data governance, compliance, and best practices across all data engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver dashboards, automation solutions, and strategic insights.
  • Apply best practices in SQL and Python to develop efficient and scalable data solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of data architecture, performance, and reliability.
  • Requirements:

    • Advanced proficiency in Python for data engineering and analytics tasks.
    • Strong experience with SQL and data modeling techniques.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based data architectures.
    • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
    • Advanced or fluent English proficiency (mandatory).
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working in global or enterprise-level environments is a plus.
    • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance principles.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
