Acting as a key member of the Performance team, you will help structure analytical processes, build scalable reporting solutions, and influence leadership decisions through data-driven narratives. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead the monitoring and analysis of strategic performance indicators while supporting the development of scalable analytical capabilities across the organization.
- Monitor, consolidate, and analyze key business KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and facilitate weekly performance meetings with key stakeholders
- Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities in data, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Support leadership in diagnosing business scenarios and defining strategic directions
- Contribute to the structuring of performance processes, methodologies, and analytical frameworks
- Build and improve analytical models and automations to enhance insight generation capabilities
- Act as a technical reference point for data analysis and business intelligence best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and autonomous approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
- Strong business acumen combined with technical execution ability
- High level of organization and methodological rigor in data handling and validation
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage cross-functional relationships
