Accountabilities:
Responsible for supporting legal operations through structured administrative and procedural control, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all activities.
- Manage distribution, monitoring, and scheduling of legal deadlines, ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and judicial timelines.
- Perform analysis and interpretation of court publications and legal notifications to identify required actions.
- Maintain and update case and deadline information across legal management systems and internal databases.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies and supporting corrections in legal records and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and ensure efficient information flow across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently studying Law, without active OAB registration (mandatory).
- Experience with procedural deadline analysis and interpretation of judicial publications and intimation notices.
- Familiarity with court systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
- Proactivity in suggesting process improvements and ensuring operational accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple information flows simultaneously.
