Position Overview
The Electronic Test and Measurement group is seeking a
to join our Wilmington, MA team. We produce innovative analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that push the envelope on power consumption, precision, noise performance, and solution size to solve our customer's hardest problems. Our team of analog and mixed-signal designers, layout engineers, and design verification engineers create highly complex integrated solutions that enable innovations in a wide variety of applications. Our parts find homes in systems ranging from automated test equipment to scientific instruments and optical communications.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
A successful candidate will be responsible for transistor-, block-, and system-level precision integrated circuit design, simulation, and verification. The candidate will also guide layout implementation, drive laboratory evaluation and debug, and guide production test development to help bring their designs to market. Accomplishing these tasks will require close collaboration with a distributed cross-functional team of engineers.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant coursework or industrial background in analog circuit design
- Strong interest in analog-to-digital converter and precision analog circuit design
- Some experience with circuit simulation tool suites (e.g. Cadence, Synopsys)
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, C, Matlab)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
- Innate attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
- Some experience designing and simulating integrated analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Some experience with integrated circuit layout and parasitic effects
