Analyst

What you'll do:

As a Tactical Planner, you will manage value stream from supplier to distribution centre, will be responsible for material availability and electrical finish goods inventory management. Maintains system inventory records and enters transactions. Achieve customer satisfaction through effective planning and executions. You will reporting directly to the Material Planner Team Leader.

"- Manage flow of goods between Suppliers/Factories and Distribution Center
- Ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are made on time
- Timely execute Purchase orders to vendors
- Set up weekly/ monthly calls with critical vendors - Top 3-5
- Be responsible for a clear open purchase order book to vendors

- Ensure that customer escalations are communicated to vendors
- Communicate to customer service /OM in case there are changes to the supply plan that affect promised sales order dates
- Ensure KPI are achieved based on daily/monthly/ quarterly reviews
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, planners, OM, SCC, CM, OP, SP, Process Excellence
- Utilize SAP Requirements Planning (MRP) module
- Creation/Maintenance PIR, SL for Internal & External suppliers in BDC
- Manage Purchase Orders towards to suppliers and work on improvements in system in alignment with Strategical Planner
- Handle system exception messages daily
- Allocate stock based on Order Management request
- Manage inquiries from customer service and be the person to go at the first escalation level
- Release orders which are blocked by Impact Filter
- Investigate and solve reasons of Blocked Invoices weekly
- Provide Forecast to Vendors and understand the impact
- Track and take continuous improvement actions for Material Planning KPI - On-time Delivery (OTD); Stock fill rate (SFR and S-OTD
- Escalate if the MRP planning parameters are not correct in SAP to SP
- Understand and managing risks to minimize impact on planning KPI's
- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages to the DC's (end to end ownership)
- Coordinate deliveries from Suppliers to Distribution Center
- Support any kind of challenging projects and stakeholder of several improvements
- Response to queries from Warehouse

Qualifications:

A-Level or comparable. Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred
6+ years in SCM/CC/OM

Skills:

SAP MM advanced level, MS Office advanced level
