May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

About the Team:
The Global Product & Technology Delivery Planning and Business Operations team is responsible for the portfolio management and planning, data analytics automation, financial operations, budgeting and modeling, business case analysis, dashboarding and reporting, procurement, labor analysis for product Management and Engineer in support of the overall organization.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for an analyst to create and facilitate reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive efficiencies. The team member has the confidence in their current subject matter and is looking to bring new ways of working. Has the ability to aggregate, scrub, and build succinct reporting out of large swaths of data. This includes building Tableau dashboards, working with Smartsheet data and reporting tools, and reporting in Excel. Another critical skill is being detail oriented and who takes pride in delivering quality accurate data. This job will include coding and bug fixing, backend scripts that tie multiple systems together, experience with Python and SQL is required. You'll also own the development and maintenance of standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions. Working with your team members, you'll be involved in evaluating this reporting and recommending action plans to drive business decisions, enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies.
Core Responsibilities
- Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Provides special reports and analyses to support the business as necessary
- Analyze and clearly communicate data. Create front-end data visualizations that succinctly tell a story based on your data analysis. Present data informed conclusions to customers seeking answers. Experience in any BI tool a must. (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker plus SQL)
- Key system knowledge includes JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
- Optimize data sources and processing rules to ensure appropriate data quality of all products utilizing trouble-shooting, design and development skills along with cross systems technical knowledge.
- Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data. Extracts data and provides analysis of master and transactional data.
- Provides analytical support of actual results against planned budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
- Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
- Provides user feedback to management and helps influence future systems enhancements.
- Understands the needs of non-technical application users, and develops/maintains strong support relationships with managers, leads, and end-users community in all business areas.
- Communicate well across multiple business functions; engages other team members or business units when necessary to aggregate pertinent data and drives thoughtful discussions around analysis and process improvements.
- Acts as a liaison between teammates, business owners and technical associates to ensure the data collected and processed is both actionable and relevant to the end goals.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL and Tableau required; experience with ETL, DevOps and Cloud Computing & Alteryx preferred, but not required
- Key Skills required: Verbal and written communication, detail orientated, time management, ability to work with different levels in the organization to understand requirements.
