Responsibilities

• Developing Mission Assurance (MA) related strategic and tactical deliverables to include Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), Service Model, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Facilitating and providing input on engagement plans for stakeholder interviews to draw out insights to develop Mission Assurance (MA) related deliverables

• Integrating relevant DoD, FEMA, and Joint doctrine, policy, and guidance into MA program development

• Analyzing MA policy, best practices, and methodology for integration into deliverable development

• Conducting and facilitating data calls and interviews with relevant MPCO MA stakeholders

• Conducting documentation reviews and analyzing data for integration into Continuity-related products including Business Process Analyses, Business Impact Analyses, and plans and guidance (COOP, Devolution, Reconstitution, etc.)

• Creating presentations to provide updates to CDM leadership on deliverable milestones and objectives

• Creating reports outlining findings and making recommendations based on finding

· 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.

· Strong Microsoft Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio, Word) skills

· Process flow and organization chart visualizations

· Active security clearance
