Analyst

Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Solutions Business Development team in expanding our analytics & reporting capabilities globally. This role, will partner across PWS & Blackstone teams with responsibilities that include:

• Prepare recurring sales and fundraise reporting across Private Wealth Solutions sales channels and products with tremendous focus on accuracy
• Manipulate various, robust, data sets to generate analytics and track efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across global business
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance of global CRM system and data infrastructure platform
• Create recurring and ad-hoc Salesforce campaigns to enable timely and accurate distribution of sales / marketing emails to 30K+ recipients
• Assist with generation of actionable business insights through analysis of key initiatives

The successful candidate must have:

• Strong academic record
• 2-3 years of experience with data manipulation and sales reporting in financial services industry, alternatives investments a plus
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge and Proficiency across Tableau, Salesforce
• Basic knowledge of Python and VBA macros
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
