Analyst

Castle Park Investments in an ambitious real estate private equity firm with rapidly growing AUM of over $150 million and offices in both NYC and Miami.

Castle Park is seeking an Entry Level Analyst to join our team. This position will provide an excellent learning opportunity for a candidate interested in the real estate and private equity industries. This person will be involved in a broad spectrum of the company's activities, supporting senior professionals in investment analysis, asset management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the real estate market.
• Assist in the preparation of investment committee memorandums, presentations, and other materials.
• Conduct market research and demographic analysis to support acquisition and asset management decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for properties and portfolios.
• Assist in the management and reporting for existing portfolio assets.
• Various ad-hoc tasks on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Desire to join an entrepreneurial team and grow along with the platform
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
