Senior Customs Analyst - Production Control & Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Cargo check-list approvals of Air, Sea shipments on time
• Follow-up's for check-list from CHA to file the BOE on time
• Responsibility for cross check the duty base amount for assessed BOE & CL, Interest Penalty(if any) before submission.
• Cross examine the receiving window for job numbers, other entries, data accuracy, especially for duplicate Invoice detection
• Co-ordination with finance for CHA payment on time for submitted Invoices
• Follow-up with CHA for Invoice submission of service bills
• Maintaining the excel sheet, generated from TMS for manual calculation against FTA availing shipments. Maintaining monthly records
• Preparation of demurrage chronology, find the reasons and debit to supplier, forwarder, CHA accordingly. Approval from management
• Sanand consignments , volume overview, License utilization, Savings amount submission & published the report to Management
• Follow-up's with each CHA for No-dues certificate issuance
• Preparation of Landing Factor data and submission to management

Education and Qualification :

• MBA
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Good Knowledge of MS Office.
• Documentation and procedure of export and import, communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skill.
