Summary

This position is mainly responsible for maintaining invoices for Fuel, Used Car, and MPA businesses. The main functions are to review invoices, participate in month-end closing, enter accruals, and analyze data for multiple businesses.

Responsibilities

AR/AP invoice review for Fuel/MPA/Used Cars

• Export financial data from SAP for Fuel data analysis
• Create reports to visualize revenue and cost accounts to ensure proper month-end process
• Export financial data from SAP for Used Car analysis
• Create reports to maintain balances and to clear inventory
• Create adjusting entries when additional costs are incurred
• Approve PR's in the Portal to finalize the posting of Fuel and Used Car related transactions in SAP

Maintaining GL accounts for Fuel/MPA/Used Cars

• Review Fuel invoices and ensure all costs, revenue, and taxes are properly coded for SAP entry
• Connect with Fuel team to follow up on and receive missing invoices
• Work with Fuel team to resolve discrepancies
• Receive files from Parts team to assist posting entries in SAP
• Review Used Car files for recording any purchases and/or sales
• Post entries into SAP for all costs incurred from purchases
• Post entries in SAP for all revenue recognized from sales, confirming Revenue contract

Participating Month-end closing

• Post Fuel accruals for month-end
• Analyst revenue/cost, trend, and monthly variance
• Prepare and summarize P/L analysis
• Create month-end Used Car reports for management
• Present incurred costs, revenue recognized, and profitability margin
• Perform inventory valuation for losses and record LCM entry in SAP

Other duties as assigned

• Including but not limited to:
• Reconciliations
• Process improvement
• Assistance providing financial data, SAP postings, and other various documentations for quarterly and yearly audits
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP principles
• Collaborating with Fuel team to onboard automation software for efficient invoice processing

Qualifications

Skills

• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
• Proficient with PCs
• Intermediate-level MS Excel knowledge required
• Good interpersonal skills required
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and efficiently prioritize competing tasks

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of experience required
• Experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable required
• Should have experience in Supervisory Role
