As Analyst, Alliance & Partner Management, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing the partnership between Avanade, Microsoft, and our clients. You will ensure the company maximizes bonus incentives for selling Microsoft services by closely coordinating with internal teams, Microsoft, and clients. You will track performance metrics, ensure compliance with incentive programs, and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

What you will do:
• Incentive Management: Monitor and track eligibility for Microsoft bonus programs, ensuring the company meets all required targets and criteria to secure bonus incentives.
• Opportunity identification: Participate in internal opportunity qualification and sales management meetings, to identify what opportunities are eligible to receive Microsoft funds, and start the funds requisition process
• Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Avanade, Microsoft, and clients, facilitating clear communication and smooth collaboration across all parties.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on performance metrics related to Microsoft service sales, ensuring leadership has visibility into progress toward incentive goals.
• Program Deep Understanding Compliance: Understand all Microsoft funds available for partners, and the ones specific for Avanade and ensure that Avanade complies with all requirements and guidelines of Microsoft's incentive programs, coordinating internal teams and processes to meet deadlines.
• Client Coordination: Work closely with sales teams and clients to promote Microsoft services, track service sales, and provide support to ensure clients' satisfaction with Microsoft offerings.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with Microsoft account managers and program leads to stay informed of new opportunities and updates to incentive programs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the internal processes related to tracking, reporting, and claiming Microsoft incentives. Connect with other regional incentives management professionals to understand best practices and leverage them in the region

Skills and experiences
• Understanding of Microsoft products and services, especially within a sales and partnership context.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and external partners.
• Experience in managing incentive programs, partnerships, or alliances, ideally within the technology sector.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in partnership management, alliance coordination, or sales operations, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
