Role Overview

The position will be focused on partnership with the Singapore stakeholders to primarily perform day to day activities with Asia Portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Deal and Property Setup in the Master Data Management (MDM)

• Coordinating with various country AM team to collect data Asia portfolio dispositions and reporting to Global AM MDs.

• Prepare various reports every quarter, also maintain checks to see the movement in data Q-o-Q on new deal/ Asset closing, disposition of assets.

• Work on the memos and quarterly letters to be distributed to the partners.

• Source, summarize, and disseminate real-time information across the global portfolio; work in partnership with the regional Portfolio Management counterparts in Asia, as well as the Portfolio and Asset Management teams in the U.S

• Develop, maintain, and enhance databases that include domestically controlled assets, performance information, property facts and new deals.

• Perform special and ad-hoc processes determined by the needs of Stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree - Major/Minor in Finance

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word) with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Highly motivated and the ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills; multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

• The profile involves effective communication across Clients' facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written; English is a must.

• A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly.

• A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders. • Previous background within RE valuation or asset/portfolio management role a plus

• Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill
