Job Description

Wipro is hiring Senior UX Designers with varying levels of experience to help create memorable experiences for our customers, and level up products used by everyone.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative studies, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies for existing and future products

• Design and conduct quantitative studies, such as structuring and analysing surveys to evaluate impact of product changes and gather insights at scale

• Identify and explore new opportunities through creative research methods and co- design sessions to help define product roadmaps, vision, and strategy.

• Collaborate with technical architects, designers, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to help projects design deliverables align Brand and Design System.

• Adapt and innovate research methods to meet product needs by delivering high quality insights in a fast-paced work environment, and by contextualizing for specific use cases across products.

• Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.

• Plan, facilitate and lead collaborative design sessions (including sketching and ideation) to generate ideas

• Design low- fidelity mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours.

• Produce deliverables including presentations, graphic designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability reports, design specs, etc.

• Communicate and present design work to the user experience team, product team and senior leadership for review and feedback and to drive decisions and get commitment on final UX deliverables.

• Effectively sell design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through design storytelling and by demonstrating trace-ability in the design thinking.

• Work with visual designers and engineering teams to ensure integrity of user experience in final product.

• Apply your UX knowledge and experience to the development of design processes and philosophy. Create and maintain design schedules.

• Communicate status and agreements with partner teams.

• Regularly learn and stay up-to-date on design theory, practice and tools.

• Must be Proficient in tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, Principle, Post-it notes & Zeplin.

Ideal Candidate

• Any related field having good hands-on experience, B.Des/M.Des degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Computer Science.

• Previous experience driving research programs that have had a lasting impact on product and design decisions

• Track record of demonstrating excellent command of research questions within a given domain and of technical tools for the analysis of data within that domain

• Strong working knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator, and associated design tools.
