Analyst, Client Finance

Job Description

Job Summary: The role of Client Finance Analyst reports to the Client Finance Director. The role is responsible for the overall success of client finance (billing, reconciliation, receivables, and payables) across their portfolio of clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversight of client finance function which includes:
  • Receipt of client budget from BST | Tracking dollars through the billing process
  • Coordinate billing of client budget according to contract terms with Billing Associates | Ensure all authorized dollars are billed promptly
  • Oversee and steward reconciliation of media invoices and ensure timely reconciliation of media buys
  • Tracking incremental budgets and ensured billed timely
  • Review Statement of Accounts and ensure collections of funds with Accounts Receivable
  • Ensure payments made to vendors to complete client finance cycle
  • Timely wrap up of client finance on quarterly basis
• Review billing with client
• Liaise with Next Finance to provide status of client finance

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of Client Billing experience

• Media Billing experience preferred
• Understanding of accounting principals
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point
• Knowledge of SBMS/Spectra OX is a plus
• BS/BA degree

Salary Range

$62,400.00 - $75,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
