Position Summary

As a member of the Operations group, you will help deliver front-to-back client delivery, customer service, and trade lifecycle that exceeds stakeholder expectations in accordance with control frameworks and best practices. You will also help enhance service levels and operational controls by identifying process transformations and automation opportunities. Additionally, you will enhance relationships between customers and commercial stakeholders through transparent and proactive engagement that to builds trust in a best-in-classOperations organization. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing an excellent client service experience to our global stakeholders on topics including, but not limited to: General Support and Product Inquiries 
• Customer Onboarding and KYC 
• Account Management, Trade Processing and Settlement 
• Account Invoicing and Bill Inquiries, and Payment Processing 
• Supporting compliance, market integrity, and operational integrity programs 
• Developing both internally and externally facing thought leadership, resource materials, how-to guides, and other documents on Xpansiv’s operational processes 
• Performing other administrative responsibilities, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of Operations/Client Service experience; background in a financial-services related function, preferred 
• Hunger to continuously learn and embrace change quickly in a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure 
• Proven technical and analytical skills 
• A control mentality with meticulous attention to detail to both follow and enhance operational procedures 
• Effective communicator with an aptitude for building trusted relationships 
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with desire to expand expertise across new applications, as needed
