Why this roleÂ
As part of our People team, the Compensation Analyst will execute the day-to-day operations and projects for compensation and rewards at Evolve. Your focus will be on offering a positive, customer centric Evolver Experience through the lens of total rewards by assisting managers and other People team members with compensation requests. Our Total Rewards team is leading some exciting initiatives to enhance the Evolver experience, and you’ll be part of it!
What you’ll doÂ
- Respond to all compensation, equity, and recognition requests from teammates throughout the organization
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation for new hires and internal job changes
- Complete job pricing and grade slotting for any newly created roles and changes in roles to ensure internal equity and market competitivenessÂ
- Proactively help the Total Rewards Manager with communications and educating Evolvers/Leaders on compensation programs
- Help maintain job descriptionsÂ
- Participate in annual compensation surveys
- Build and maintain all compensation SOPsÂ
- Maintain accuracy of data in Evolve’s job pricing tool and regularly conduct data uploads
- Conduct quarterly Fair Pay analysesÂ
- Create quarterly equity comp grant sheets for Board approval and upload into Carta
- Provide support with yearly Compensation structure review and annual Merit Process
- Own the administration of the recognition platform, including monthly reporting, operationalizing department specific initiatives, and manual fulfillment of points or awards
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Evolve’s variable pay programs
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of broad-based compensation program administration
- Working knowledge of compensation market pricing, job slotting, structure knowledge, and processing promotions and new hire compensation recommendations
- Proficiency in using compensation software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
- Self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to gain trust through effective communication and doing what you say you will do
- A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!Â

Compensation
For this role our salary range is $68,000 to $79,000, depending on relevant experience
