We are seeking Analyst level candidates for the New York desk of our Global Currency Option Trading team, with a focus on both G10 and Asian/LatAm currencies. Support the New York desk to achieve market-making objectives by working alongside Global Sales and Trading teams focusing on the following job functions:

Responsibilities:

• Support pricing and execution of currency option transactions for the Bank's corporate and financial institution clients
• Support management of the portfolio inventory in close collaboration with the Global Currency Option Trading team located in Tokyo, London, and New York
• Develop and enhance trading tools contributing to desk efficiency and platform upgrades
• Responsible for all trade lifecycle events
• Responsible for daily desk operations and reporting
• Contribute to improvement of operational processes, strategy, and profitability
• Contribute to idea generation of hedging solutions for the Bank's global customer base
• Conduct market research and communicate with global stakeholders

We Require:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or scientific field
• A minimum of 1 year of related financial services work-experience
• Strong Excel skills and analytical skills
• Ability to write VBA code (or other programming languages) is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and willingness to work as a team player are critical for the global business model
• Solid operational skills with strong attention to details, speed, and high operational accuracy
• Adaptable and able to work independently on time sensitive projects

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
