THE ROLE
The Analyst, Data and Analytics supports the build of data integration or visualization analytics tools for Nordic clients. This position works under the direction of senior reporting and analytics staff to address documented client needs while actively seeking opportunities to increase the value of the data to the business and focuses on projects that improve business processes.

THE ROLE
The Analyst, Data and Analytics supports the build of data integration or visualization analytics tools for Nordic clients. This position works under the direction of senior reporting and analytics staff to address documented client needs while actively seeking opportunities to increase the value of the data to the business and focuses on projects that improve business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Analyst will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
- Providing critical support enabling the management of Data & Analytic projects
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving of reporting and analytics tools
- Independently fulfilling reporting and analytical requests from client
- Collaborates with senior staff to develop detailed requirement specifications and estimated work effort
- Displays creativity and critical thinking in solving problems and ability to quickly comprehend new processes
- Managing assigned tasks related to reporting, data, and analytics issues, maintaining a high standard of service for all customer requests
- Providing updates for and participates as needed in weekly status calls with customers, including updates on helpdesk ticketing system function, requests processed, and issues solved
- Participating in upgrades and performing testing as needed
- Collaborating with internal team members to continually enhance processes and workflows to improve business operations, client experience, and operational efficiency
- Independently works to continually improve processes and workflows to generate efficiencies
- Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Prefered
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required
- Certification or experience with one or more EHR data models
- Certification in one or more relevant applications (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve novel problems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Quantitative and/or data analysis skills and experience required
- Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Remote
