Position SummaryÂ
As a Decision Sciences Analyst on our Strategy and Insights team, you will be asked answer a variety of complex question utilizing a wide range of analytical methods and assist in assessing the business impact for our clients. With the ultimate goal to help them decide how to improve the performance of current and future campaigns. This role contributes to profitable growth by driving client ROI and confidence, to drive strong campaign renewal and retention rates.
 ResponsibilitiesÂ
You will collaborate with other members of the Strategy & Insights team, client-facing sales teams, pharmaceutical clients, ad agencies, and data suppliers to independently develop outcomes rooted in sound analytical methods and principles. Responsibilities for this role include:
- Independently coordinate, execute, and summarize 3rd party customized research with outside suppliers
- Organize and analyze a wide array of data using syndicated query tools, Microsoft Excel, and MS Access
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to internal clients
- Develop and present case studies that enable our sales teams to show pharmaceutical, biotech, and retail clients the benefits of messaging at the point of care

 Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 1-2 years of experience in research, statistics, healthcare economics, business intelligence, and/or related fieldsÂ
- Comfort working with large data sets (1,000-500,000 records)Â
- Demonstrated skills in Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint (intermediate), and Word (intermediate)Â
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of statisticsÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience working with pharmaceutical and/or consumer health and wellness data
- Experience developing clear stories and visualizations with dataÂ
- Education in statistics, economics, healthcare, or related field preferred
