We're looking for an amazing Analyst, eCommerce Promotions to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for owning Web promotions, including managing the promotional calendar, working with the content publishing team to ensure all Web promotional content is published and accurate. You will focus on strategizing and developing promotional content in collaboration with the creative and product marketing teams, and optimizing, testing, and reporting on all promotions. You will analyze, conceptualizing, implement and communicate the results of promotional content, promotional A/B, dynamic and multivariate tests. The primary focus is to leverage Web promotions as a tool to grow cruise and booked guest pre-cruise add-ons volume and revenue through increased conversion and an improved digital customer experience

Responsibilities• Champions promotional content projects and rapidly tests, measures and iterates, driving fundamental improvement to the site experience and performance goals.• Evaluates and refines website promotional content and segments to find areas of opportunity. Builds and maintains strategic promotions calendar which guides the optimization of campaigns by scoring, prioritizing, and logging of future ideas and past results• Consults and evangelize across functional teams that support Prioncess.com and manage booking area on testing and promotions strategy. Focuses on how site testing/content methodologies and testing tool capabilities may be leveraged to address business needs• Supports the business by leveraging e-commerce principles as well as general business expertise to ensure the site is optimized to reflect how customers prefer to shop online.• Identify opportunities across products on Princess.com, cruise and pre-cruise manage booking area to drive online bookings and meet yearly direct web goals.• Owns promotional content campaigns through end-to-end management including, post analysis, a/b testing, HTML and/or photo editing/cropping including providing data around content & test solutions and problem areas to resolve.• Execute A/B, multivariate, segment-based campaign tests. Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot technical issues pre-launch. Communicate promotions / test launches in team setting via Presentation giving overview and results of the test plan. Monitor live promotional content / test performance.• Authoring, reviewing, and publishing promotion content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as needed• Ownership of all AEM links and imagery for promotional content on landing pages and experiences across all applicable site areas for cruise and manage booking.• Oversee ongoing authoring and page creation requests for promotions and campaigns from Global digital partners and International Market branches. • Drive the implementation of successful merchandise test experiences into production and remove non-performing experiences.

Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, ecommerce, Web Design, Development, Merchandising or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.• 3-5 years of experience in an ecommerce environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience in website optimization, Web merchandising or digital marketing.• Experience with website testing tools such as Adobe Target, and Adobe Creative Design suite, JIRA, Tableau. • Proficiency in web analytics tools including Adobe Analytics• Proficient with AEM 6.4 or higher preferred• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Strong working knowledge of leading Internet technologies, development applications, and supportive protocols• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of• Working knowledge of personal computers within a windows environment with e-mail, and MS Word with advance Excel and PowerPoint skills.• Strong business acumen and ability to present to senior management• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
