Job Description Summary

As the Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will help ERM team empower BD to make risk informed business decisions. We achieve this through effective risk governance and partnerships across the organization. You will support the ERM team in enterprise risk assessments and monitoring of ERM program risks by developing and deploying data analytics practices and tools. This role offers future development opportunities within BD Audit and Risk Management.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Support execution of semi-annual enterprise risk assessments including: conducting research and analysis of external risk reports. Drafting internal risk update requests for senior management. Collecting and validating risk assessment data. Assisting in the enhancement of data analytics to better analyze internal risk assessment feedback. Providing support to the Core Risk Assessment team in interpreting risk assessment results.
• Maintain and enhance current ERM risk analysis models, ensuring data quality and integrity in all analytics activities.
• Manage projects involving ERM data analytics.
• Support ERM objectives by developing and deploying data analytics practices and tools in collaboration with the Risk & Compliance Analytics team.
• Support the Director, ERM and CRO in semi-annual ERM program reporting to the Enterprise Risk and Sustainability Committee (ERC), the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors

About you

• Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Finance, Risk Management, Business or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, business analytics or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
