The FP&A Analyst for Brightree, by ResMed is responsible for financial planning and analysis for multiple business functions and leaders across our SaaS brands. The Analyst will be responsible for formulating forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and performing variance analysis. Assist in driving company's performance through commercial assessment of tactical and strategic sales and marketing pricing. Develop a detailed commercial understanding of customer business models, financial performance, and competitor market share. The right candidate for this role will have strong analytical skills and financial acumen coupled with the ability to partner and consult with business leaders.

• Provide financial, accounting, and business management analytic support to various levels of management.

• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Analyze large amounts of data from Salesforce CRM and accounting to generate revenue by
  customer reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of the monthly reporting package using Excel and NetSuite

Let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering or business related major required, MBA a plus
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate finance department
• Advanced Excel skills including the use of: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sumif, and other features required; macros and visual basic a plus
• Prior P&L analysis experience strongly preferred
• Experience with NetSuite a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter, results driven and highly motivated
• Ability to take financials and analytics and translate them to a non-finance audience
• Highly organized
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
