Role
Join a team whose responsibility is to oversee the quality of NTHFS' service delivery to the Bridgewater Front Office. Service components include delivery of data, which feeds the Front Office book of record, and various reporting streams used by the Front Office in their daily operations. The team is required to understand our full book of record (MO - pricing, collateral, cash, clearing, fixed income + BO - investor and fund level accounting, allocation methodology, etc.), as well as how that book of record is ingested and used downstream by the Bridgewater Front Office. The team is the primary contact to the Bridgewater Front Office and serves as a liaison between the client, and all of the NTHFS book of record processing teams, in order to govern service quality. The team is required to understand our full book of record (MO - pricing, collateral, cash, clearing, fixed income + BO - investor and fund level accounting, allocation methodology, etc.), as well as possess excellent communication skills.
The Analyst will be responsible for assisting in daily oversight of all current service offerings and execution of an expansive QC framework. An additional key responsibility will be working with the team to optimize the service models. Effective communication and client management is imperative to this role as the position requires communication with the client as well as many internal stakeholders.
Knowledge / Skills

Major Duties
• Participate in daily calls with all NTHFS book of record processing teams to assess quality of book of record for the day and ability to meet timing and accuracy requirements for daily delivery
• Assist in monitoring status of key processing checkpoints in order to ensure timely delivery
• Complete quality control checks on the book of record
Experience
• A College or University degree in and/or relevant proven work experience is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• CPA or other relevant industry designation (plus)
• Investment Management and/or Financial Services experience, or relevant coursework; Hedge Fund Specific (plus)
• Experience using Excel VBA and/or Python (plus)
